Nanny 911 is a reality television show in the United States, which airs on FOX (and airs in the UK on ITV2, whose sister company, Granada America, produce the show).
The fourth season of Nanny 911 will debut in 2008.
Synopsis
Nanny 911 is loosely based on the British television programme Little Angels, in which American families with unmanageable children are reformed by ex-pat British nannies, including one who served for the British Royal Family. A similar show, Supernanny, is its arch-rival.
Each nanny specializes in one area, ranging from proper etiquette to controlling temper tantrums. Each nanny attempts to help unruly families get into working order. The current nannies are Deborah Carroll, Stella Reid, and Yvonne Finnerty. Lillian Sperling decides which nanny goes to which family. It should be noted that Nanny Yvonne gets picked less often than the others.
The families that are eligible for the show usually have four or more children (though some episodes show homes with fewer children). The parents usually have an income that allows them to be upper middle-class.

Parodies
- In the South Park episode "Tsst," Cartman drives away Nanny Stella sent by the show to control him, telling her the only reason why she's a nanny is because no one wanted to marry her. Head Nanny Lilian was depicted as a Skeksis from Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal.
- In The Little Wolf and the Bad Little Girl comic episode "Jane Hates Nannies", Jane Roberts is on the nanny TV show. Jane pushed the Little Naughty Wolf, and he pushed Nanny Deb, and she fell into a water in a bathtub and got very wet.
- In The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Mandy's parents call a nanny in order to control her and so they can regain their lives. Grim makes a comment that "this is similar to a stupid reality show called "Hey Nanny Nanny" with some British-speaking nanny that everyone likes for some reason."
Cancelled spinoff
In April 2005, a potential spinoff for the show was aired as a "special episode" entitled Marriage 911. It was framed as though Chris and Laura King's marriage problems had proved too much for Nanny Stella and a marriage counselor was needed. The series never materialized.
