Galerella is a genus of mongoose native to Africa, southern Asia, and southern Europe. Commonly called the Slender Mongooses, species include Galerella sanguinea (Slender Mongoose), Galerella flavescens (Black Slender Mongoose) and Galerella pulverulenta (Cape Gray Mongoose).
