J.D. continues to use Elliot's relationship with Dan against her in a game of one-up-manship. Dr. Kelso suspends Dr. Cox because he has yet to complete a mandatory number of hours of community service. To meet this requirement Dr. Cox decides to run two shifts of being an ambulance paramedic back to back. His co-worker is Denise Lemon - an incredibly annoying woman who voices her every thought. Needless to say she irritates Dr. Cox, much to Jordan's delight. J.D. makes out with Molly and wants to sleep with her, but Molly asks him to clear it with Elliot first. The ambulance Dr. Cox is in crashes and Denise is injured. After brutally insulting her incessant talking, he realizes why Denise won't stop talking, her son died.
