Hisagi 9th Division Captain
Bleh, saw your message. Hisagi is the current 9th Captain acting replacement after Tosen defected. So he is basically someone recognized as doing a captains duty, but I don't think he has the skills of a captain (bankai).--Hanaichi 08:56, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
