Stanisław Michał Ernest Denhoff (Template:Lang-lt, Template:Lang-de) (1673-1728) was a Polish-Lithuanian szlachcic of the Baltic German origin. As a member of the Dönhoff Family, he was born in Kościerzyna (Berent), Poland , in the province of Royal Prussia. Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, was awarded in 1705 by August of Saxony.
He was Grand Master of the Hunt of Lithuania since 1697, Field Hetman of Lithuania since 1709, Grand Chorazy of the Crown and voivode of Połock Voivodship since 1721, starost kościerzyński.
Marshal of the Sejm (nadzwyczajnych) on April 5 - April 19, 1712 and December 31, 1712 - February 21, 1713 in Warsaw.
