Semi-protect Article has been hit heavily by vandals in the 7x.xx.xx.xx range. Editors have been reverting them, but this has got to stop. Additionally, there is an unconfirmed possible revert war before the vandal(s) hit, but that is, once again, unconfirmed. This comment has also been brought to my attention as a factor inhibiting at least two other potential complainants from exercising their rights.
