Luis Alberto Perez (born April 6, 1978 in Managua, Nicaragua) is a life long resident of Managua, Nicaragua, where he was born. Luis is a southpaw professional boxer in the junior bantamweight (115 lb) division. His record is 24-2 (15 KOs). He is a former IBF world junior-bantamweight champion. His manager, also born & raised in Managua, Nicaragua, is Mario Garcia
