Tim Dunigan

Tim Dunigan (born August 2, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.) is an actor who played Capt. Power on Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. He also played fast-talking con-man Lt. Templeton "The Faceman" Peck in the pilot for the 1980s hit The A-Team, but was replaced by Dirk Benedict for the series. The official reason given for him being replaced was it was felt that he was too young for the role, though the creators had wanted Benedict from the start but were overridden by the network executives. Another unofficial rumour is that he was too tall, towering over Mr. T, which was felt made T, in his role as the team's tough guy, seem less intimidating.

Dunigan has also had guest-starring television roles on hit series such as Cheers, Murder, She Wrote, Empty Nest, Beverly Hills, 90210, and JAG.

He is now a mortgage broker as seen during a phone interview for G4's Attack of the Show.

Dunigan also played the role of Davy Crockett in several Walt Disney made-for-tv-movies.
