Victor Williams is an American actor best known as Doug Heffernan's (Kevin James) best friend Deacon Palmer on The King of Queens. Victor, early in his career, had a small role in the movie "Airplane" as the Jive speaking black male passenger who speech had to be interpreted by the character played by Barbara Billingsley (Leave it to Beaver).
