Recipe:
1. Mix sausage mince (ie. ground sausage meat) with chopped onion, egg (yoke + whites) and tomato sauce. Add breadcrumbs until the mixture is nice a doughy.
2. Roll out your puff pastry into thin six inch squares.
3. Add meat mixture into the squares and roll the pastry. Sealing at both ends.
4. Coat each roll with a egg + water mixture.
5. Bake at 350F or 180C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Sausage rolls may be enjoyed hot or cold.
