==Plot==
] strives to drive a wedge between ] and ], going so far as to bad mouth them behind their backs. Most of the hospital staff agrees with J.D., citing Elliot giving Keith preferential treatment. When J.D. refuses to stand up for her, Elliot accuses him of being a bad friend.

J.D. and Turk use ] to communicate from afar. When J.D. accidentally humiliates Turk with it, he throws it away. ] stumbles across it and realizes the great potential it holds for tormenting J.D.. When J.D. catches on to Janitor's use of the watchie-talkie, he tricks him into locking himself into a freezer.

After struggling to conceive, ], who has already taken a ] test, questions ] fertility; however, she cannot test his ] for fear of questioning his ]. Once the initial shock wears off, he is still willing to be tested for Carla, revealing that he is not sterile.

] struggles to treat an unnervingly rude and haughty patient. Kelso insists Cox focuses on her and takes care of her as she is an old friend. When Cox questions how Kelso could stand being her friend, he reveals she is the widow of his good friend- since he loved her, Kelso must love her too.

Overhearing Kelso's explanation, J.D. realizes he must accept Keith, defending and justifying Elliot's actions.

*J.D. tickling Dr. Kelso is a reference to ] where Dr. Townshend tells J.D. that the best way to get away with poking fun of Kelso to his face is by tickling his stomach.
