Glenys Elizabeth Kinnock, Baroness Kinnock (born in 1944) is a Welsh politician and Member of the European Parliament, for the Labour Party since 1994, winning reelection to the European Parliament and re-elected in 1999 and 2004. She is a Member of the European Parliament's Development and Co-operation Committee. She sits with the Party of European Socialists. She speaks Cymraeg ("the Welsh language"), but supports Labour over the nationalist Plaid Cymru.

She is married to former Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock, Baron Kinnock (who was created a life peer in 2005) and is a patron and president of various organisations including One World Action, Saferworld, and The Burma Campaign.
