* Doesn't look like a bad candidate, but there's just not enough demonstrated experience here; I really can't judge if you might unintentionally misuse the tools. If edit like this for maybe another three months, then there would something to judge whether you will misuse the tools or not. I'm sorry. Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Misplaced Pages as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: Doing grunt work, whether it be deleting things, overviewing {{editprotect}} requests, or anything really. I have lots of free time and spend a lot of time trying to improve Misplaced Pages (mainly through image uploads). I have great knowledge of templates and the inner workings of Misplaced Pages, and I'd love to join the team to help everyone.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Misplaced Pages, and why?
- A: Definitely images—primarily SVGs. I provide sourced, accurate images and try to replace poorly compressed images with better versions. Besides that, I do a lot of minor layout editing (like rearranging images), modifying grammar, etc. I recently proposed a change be made to the {{wide image}} template so that it could be placed on the right hand side of a page, beside text. Just a lot of tiny things that (hopefully) help the community.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: I have had about two or three image wars, and after a few tugs on each side I open a discussion on the respective talk page to state my reasons and hear what others think so that the best decision can be made for the community. Whenever there has been a conflict, I will either respectfully talk to the user on their talkpage, or open a general discussion to work things out. I am persistent and bold with my edits, but I will, do, and have taken no for an answer :P

- Doesn't look like a bad candidate, but there's just not enough demonstrated experience here; I really can't judge if you might unintentionally misuse the tools. If edit like this for maybe another three months, then there would something to judge whether you will misuse the tools or not. I'm sorry. Maxim(talk) 01:16, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Oppose
- Oppose - Sorry bud, but experience is the big problem here, tenure, edits (place and number this time). Come back in like 4-5 months and let's see how ye did. Cheers. Wisdom89 (T / ) 01:07, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Also, if you haven't already, I'd recommend a few editor reviews between now and the next RfA (presuming this fails of course). Additionally, I'd like to say that it's nice to see a diligent image working candidate applying for adminship for a slight change of pace. I feel that in the future, you'd make a fine sysop. - Oppose. What I've seen of your work, I like. You're an excellent editor who's on the right track. However, you just don't quite have enough experience for my taste. You have less than 2000 edits (and it is very rare that an RFA pass for someone with sub-2000). You do a good job with images and with the mainspace, but you don't have enough experience in admin-related areas yet, with only 60 edits to the Misplaced Pages namespace. I see you used to have somewhat of a problem with edit summary usage, but I'm glad to see you rectified that. You'll probably want to wait 3 more months, with a total of 2000-3000 edits and a few hundred in the Misplaced Pages namespace. Then I think you'll be ready. Please also take a look at my admin criteria for a sample of what some users expect in an admin candidate. A little more experience and I'll be glad to support. Feel free to contact me if you ever have any questions about anything. Useight (talk) 01:10, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- As an interesting side note, you and I created our accounts only 2 days apart, it's nice to meet a fellow member of the "Class of December 2006", or whatever it'd be called. Useight (talk) 01:14, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose: While you are definitely on the right track I think the main issue here is experience. You have little work in the Misplaced Pages namespace and a not too many overall edits with less than 2000. What you have so far is quality edits and while quality is a lot better than quantity it'd be nice to see you have some more edits so you can be expose to a more wide variety of experiences. I'd say you are on the right track, just wait a little longer for your next try at adminship. Orfen • C 01:40, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose sorry need more experience---less than 1500 edits isn't nearly enough.Balloonman (talk) 02:32, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Neutral
- Neutral – Nice work to date. However, I would like to see just a little bit more experience. To be honest, you are going to be slammed on your edit count. Try again in 4-5 months, with 3,000 edits and keeping the same track recorded, you will be an excellent candidate. Good Luck to you. ShoesssS 01:36, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
