Right now, the only winners listed are in the 'Reporting' category, which is a strange choice, since the most prestigious category seems to be General Excellence, judging from news coverage. Should be expanded to include all winners, or replaced with General Excellence, or just deleted altogether. Winners list needs to be broadened.

Right now, the only winners listed are in the 'Reporting' category, which is a strange choice, since the most prestigious category seems to be General Excellence, judging from news coverage. Should be expanded to include all winners, or replaced with General Excellence, or just deleted altogether.
