Seven Second Surgery is the debut album by Canadian rock band Faber Drive. It was released on May 1, 2007 under Universal Records.

Three singles have been released off the album: "Second Chance", "Tongue Tied", and "When I'm with You".

Notes: All lyrics are by Faber Drive and Brian Howes except "Tongue Tied" and "Second Chance" by Faber Drive, Brian Howes and Chad Kroeger.
