What I Feel an Administrator on Misplaced Pages Is...
Administrator's on Misplaced Pages are like Supervisors in a giant retail store. They help the regular employee/editors do work for the store/site, but they are in charge of blocking/firing employees who hurt the store/site. They get the blunt of the criticism from people who do not think things are going right, and are often times harrassed for not blocking or firing an employee or editor. However like Supervisors at a store, they know that they have to do what is best and to not piss of the Store Director in Charge.
