Telat Üzüm (born 12 February 1963) is a Turkish football manager.

As a player he played for clubs like 1. FC Köln and Fenerbahçe SK.

As a coach he was an assistant coach at Beşiktaş J.K. and Bayer Leverkusen. At Leverkusen he was the right hand man when the club reached the final of the Champions League losing 2-1 to Real Madrid in 2002. He also made better players out of Michael Ballack and Yildiray Bastürk. He coached youth clubs in Germany, later on he worked as a headcoach for Bani Yas Club in the United Arab Emirates. Uzum is fired from his position as Asante Kotoko manager.
