State Route 160 is a former Georgia state route in northern Clayton County and southwestern DeKalb County. Its western terminus was at U.S. 19/41 and S.R. 3 near Interstate 285, from which it proceeded in an east-southeasterly direction through Forest Park for approximately 2.0 miles to an intersection with S.R. 54 near Lake City. The route then turned north-northwest, joining with S.R. 54 for about 1.4 miles, then turned northeast for 2.3 miles before reaching its other end at U.S. 23/S.R. 42, again near I-285.
S.R. 160 was turned back to local maintenance in the mid-1990s, likely due to its proximity to S.R. 331, which was separated from S.R. 160 by little more than a set of railroad tracks in Forest Park. The segment between S.R. 54 and U.S. 23 still survives as S.R. 54 Connector.
