Because I would have blocked you -- except for some possible prior conflict with you, that is, I mean if there had been no such connection. You are taking on a difficult task, tagging articles for deletion, one which is likely to arouse editor anger, so, if you want to continue that work, I highly recommend cultivating far more civility and patience with such editors, otherwise your work could be disruptive.
