Antonio Rebollo is the paralympic archer who lit the Olympic Torch by shooting an arrow over the cauldron in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. In 1995 a Spanish Tv revealed a video with a different camera that shows the arrow gone outside the stadium and didn't fall into the cauldron.
