Anatoliy Alekseevich Nogovitsyn (Template:Lang-ru; born 29 April 1952, Baryshevka village, Borodilikhinskiy rayon, Semipalatinsk oblast, Kazakh SSR) - Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Colonel General. He is well-known for being primary spokesman of Russian Armed Forces during 2008 South Ossetia War.

Biography

In 1973 he graduated with honors from Armavir Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots (Template:Lang-ru).
