Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist is an upcoming 2008 comedy film based on the novel by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn.

Plot

High school student Nick O'Leary (Michael Cera), member of the queercore band The Jerk Offs, meets college-bound Norah Silverberg (Kat Dennings),whom he asks to be his grilfriend for five minutes in order to avoid her friend and his ex-sweetheart (Alexis Dziena).

Production

Filming ended on July 2, 2008 and is set for a October 3, 2008 release.

Sections of the movie were filmed in Williamsburg, Brooklyn at Union Pool, as well as the legendary Don Hill's in Tribeca. Additional filming took place in New York City's Lower East Side.
