"Bootie Call" was the fourth single released from the All Saints debut album , All Saints. Bootie Call was released on August 31, 1998 and became their third #1 single in the UK and sold 237,153 copies.
The video is shot in what appears to be either Mexico or the American Mexican border in the 60s or 70s and is shot in black and white. It contains quite a number of cameo appearances. Member Melanie Blatt was also pregnant during the filming of the video, and her scenes were made to hide that fact by singing inside a convertible. Her pregnancy would later be shown in their next video, War of Nerves.
