| Samuelian is an alumnus of ].Steve Samuelian began his career as a Republican volunteer at the age of 14 and was the youngest member appointed to the Republican State Central Committee at the age of 18. Samuelian was Executive Director of the State College Republicans for 4 years during college and graduated with honors with a degree in Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona. Samuelain also was Co-Founder of the Young Republican Federation of California and served 8 years on the Executive Committee of the California Republican Party. Samuelian served 8 years as District Director to U.S. Congressman George Radanovich (R-Fresno) opening the Congressman's District Office and supervising District operations. Samueulian served on the Board of Director of the Fresno County United Way, Fresno Crimestoppers, and the Clovis Chamber of Commerce. He was a graduate of "Leadership Fresno" Class XVI and was elected Class President. | |||

Steven N. Samuelian was elected to the 29th district of the California State Assembly in 2002. He succeeded Mike Briggs who stepped down to make an unsuccessful run for Congress.
Background
Samuelian is an alumnus of California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
