Attorney, '''David Caprio''' (born ], ]), the second oldest of five children of Joyce and Judge Frank Caprio, was raised in Narragansett and attended Narragansett Elementary School and Narragansett Junior High School before attending Bishop Hendricken High School. In 1985, David began his undergraduate education at The American University, in Washington, D.C. After completing his first year and earning the distinction of being placed on the Deans List, David transferred to Boston College and graduated in 1989. David seized the opportunity to broaden his directions and earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Southern Europe in the south of France where he graduated 3rd in his class. David returned to Rhode Island and worked for a year as a fish peddler in Galilee before he attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He graduated in 1994 and passed the Rhode Island Bar Exam that same year. He has also served as a university Professor teaching business law.


Representative Caprio attended Bishop Hendricken High School, graduating in 1985. He then went on to ], graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 1989. He allegedly holds degrees from ] Law School (a J.D.) and the University of Southern Europe (an MBA).
David’s community involvement dates back to 1975 when he played instructional league baseball for “Labelle’s”, a team coached by Joe Labelle and John Hickey. Since then, David has participated in the Narragansett Little League, Narragansett/South Kingstown Babe Ruth League, and the Narragansett Pop Warner Football League. David also served as a volunteer in the Narragansett Recreation Department Youth Basketball League. Most recently, David has served as a member of the Narragansett Democratic Town Committee.


David has been a practicing attorney since 1994 at the Caprio Law Firm. David also has been successful as a small business owner and real estate investor. At the age of 17, David started his first business, a tanning salon, located in Pier Village. He is an active real estate investor with current holdings in Narragansett, Newport, Smithfield, Providence, Barrington, and Florida. David Caprio works as an attorney for the Providence law firm Caprio and Caprio and is an active real estate investor with holdings in Florida, Narragansett, Newport, and Barrington Rhode Island.


Caprio is currently running against 21 year old and URI student Ryan Drugan for District 34 State representative. Ryan has good ideas on how to make the state better. He want to improve recyclng in Rhode island and many more things.

David Caprio (born June 5, 1967) is currently a Rhode Island state representative (D-Dist. 34). He was elected on December 21, 1999, and his term ends December 20 2008. Caprio represents portions of South Kingstown and Narragansett. He is the son of Joyce and Judge Frank Caprio and the brother of Rhode Island State Treasurer Frank T. Caprio.

Representative Caprio attended Bishop Hendricken High School, graduating in 1985. He then went on to Boston College, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 1989. He allegedly holds degrees from Suffolk University Law School (a J.D.) and the University of Southern Europe (an MBA).

David Caprio works as an attorney for the Providence law firm Caprio and Caprio and is an active real estate investor with holdings in Florida, Narragansett, Newport, and Barrington Rhode Island.
