my official birth name is Fabrice Rugonumugabo of both parents African. I was born in Bujumbura the capital city of Burundi which is located in Africa and the first boy of Noella Rukundo. I have been leaving with my mum since the age of 4 when we escaped the bomb in the war and the second one got my dad who i now don't speak off. However i am not the only child, i now have six brothers and they all younger, two of them were born in Australia with my mum's boyfriend. Before we came to Australia i use to live in the refuge camp of Tanzania in Africa. On the age of eight, i use to act on stage with my school and always win small prizes for the best actor of the day.

People in the refuge camp use to like how i worked, because looking through my life they could tell me to go on stage without writing any scripts to act about my life and it was usually a success.

At the age of 10, i signed a contract with the UNHCR who looked after refuges to go to other refugee camps to perform. in about eight months later i was chosen one of the best dancers who will perform the day like a premiere minister come visit our camp. It was a great success. During that year they were a competition of actors going overseas but i was considered to young to go and they couldn't let me go with my family but one guy said will be responsible for me and still i dint want to go because i couldn't leave my family no matter what.. but anyways, i continued leaving under my dream of being a superstar till now. More information about my early life look in the book called “All Of Us” page 192. and more about my modeling look for book called “Food&Technology” second edition pages: 92,146&147

September 14, 2004 my family and i, was migrated in Australia. I never seat down to relax, i kept fighting to fulfill my dream.
At the age of twelve just my first year in Australia, i performed for Lakeside Secondary College, it was a performance oh Hip Hop and Break dance. however i was the only guy in the hole group. During that big opening nights i had like a million people coming to me and asking me where did i learn how to dance and especially the way i was flipping. The next day in about 12 pm, the ABC tv channel came and filmed us dancing in particular me, asking us questions and i was like on tv like the hole week, at the same time news papers you would see pictures of me. One day going to a shop buying ice cream, people kept looking at me, when i asked my friend “why they looking at me?”. he said they were looking at me because i was on tv and they think am hot yeah.
Anyway enough about that, i kinder dropped the dream after that and went in sports, and stuff.
The age of 14 going to my current school Nothcote high school, i auditioned for the school production they had and i went through as a Dancer. At the same year i went on and auditioned for this play called ugly, went through but couldn't do it because it was against my mum's will
At the school we had a school production and In the current year, i did some change, i auditioned for hip hop and acting. I went through all them but couldn't do both of them because they were happening at the same time so they asked me to drop one of them and i dropped acting and went into hip hop and contemporary. However, i did act as an over grounder and i had one strong line. The show is going to be on the 5th to 9th august. All performances are going to be at 7:30 at Fitzroy town hall.
After this performance, i am having my own show sometime in November at Nothcote Town hall. With my group i believe i can succeed in what i have been dreaming since i was a little kid. This show of mine called “I've got the passion” and the story line is: some teenagers dreams about the future that cant be stopped.. this play is about teenagers who has nothing in common apart from dreams.
They had a dream, dream that want to bring to reality and no one will stop them not even if you pull the trigger. However some adults thinks it ridiculous, stupid and waste of time. So its up up to this young teenagers to work together and hard to show to the world thats its wrong what they think about them. They must help each other out,
when a brother needs help show love.

So at the end of the show we have this one guy who walks on stage and says “parents you be the judge! do you think if am wasting my time or leaving to my dream.?”

Okay, when i wrote this script i based it with true life. This show its not just about acting but Musical such as Hip hop Dance and Lil Fab performing his raps and one other guy who perform a track that Lil Fab wrote. In this case my character is David and Director and Choreographer etc....

F2k is my own crew that i made just for dancing, acting, singing etc.. I am the leader of it so yeah.
More about my school productions call Nothcote high school and see dvd Rhyme and Reason and our new show happening next week North of the South side. About I don't dream alone, come to the performance.

This page documents an English Misplaced Pages policy. It describes a widely accepted standard that editors should normally follow, though exceptions may apply. Changes made to it should reflect consensus.Shortcuts
This page in a nutshell:
  • Consensus is Misplaced Pages's fundamental model for editorial decision-making.
  • Policies and guidelines document communal consensus rather than creating it.

Consensus is typically reached as a natural and inherent product of the wiki-editing process; generally someone makes a change or addition to a page, and then everyone who reads the page has an opportunity to either leave the page as it is or change it. In essence, silence implies consent, if there is adequate exposure to the community. Consensus among a limited group of editors, at one place and time, can not over-ride community consensus on a wider scale. In the case of policy and process pages a higher standard of participation and consensus is expected than on other pages.

Reasonable consensus-building

Consensus develops from agreement of the parties involved. This can be reached through discussion, action (editing), or more often, a combination of the two. Consensus can only work among reasonable editors who make a good faith effort to work together in a civil manner. Developing consensus requires special attention to neutrality - remaining neutral in our actions in an effort to reach a compromise that everyone can agree on.

There are several processes that can attract editors to help resolve differences:

How consensus emerges during the editing process

When an edit is made, other editors have these options: accept the edit, change the edit, or revert the edit. These options may be discussed if necessary.
See also: Misplaced Pages:Editing policy

Generally someone edits a page, and then subsequent viewers of the page have three options: accept the edit, change the edit, or revert the edit. Typically, each article goes through many iterations of the consensus process to achieve a neutral and readable product. If your ideas are not immediately accepted, think of a reasonable change that might integrate your ideas with others and make an edit, or discuss those ideas. This can be done at the talk page, as an edit summary, or as a note to others at a user talk page or other widely read page such as the Village pump.

Edit summaries are useful, and may contain a summary of the change made to the article by the edit, or an explanation of why the change was made. Even a short summary is better than no summary. If the reason for an edit is not clear, it is more likely to be reverted, especially in the case that some text is deleted. To give a longer explanation, use the Talk page and put in the edit summary "see Talk".

Edit wars can lead to page protection rather than improvements to the article.

Use of the talk page

See also: Misplaced Pages:Talk page guidelines

Be bold in editing; you can also use the talk page to discuss improvements to the article, and to form consensus concerning the editing of the page. In the case of policy pages a higher standard of participation and consensus is expected. In cases where consensus is particularly hard to find, the involvement of independent editors or more experienced help in the discussion may be necessary. If editing of the page is impeded by edit wars, or is disrupted, or consensus cannot be found on the talk page through ordinary discussion, there are more formal dispute resolution processes.

Consensus can change

Shortcut

Consensus is not immutable. Past decisions are open to challenge and are not binding, and changes are sometimes reasonable.

Misplaced Pages's processes remain flexible for several reasons, including that new people may bring fresh ideas, growing may evolve new needs, people may change their minds over time when new things come up, and sometimes we find a better way to do things.

Sometimes a representative group makes a decision on behalf of the community as a whole, at a point in time. More often, people document changes to existing procedures at some arbitrary point in time after the fact.

Participating in community discussions

Shortcut
Consensus is a partnership between interested parties working positively for a common goal. —Jimbo Wales

Community discussion takes place on various pages: noticeboards such as at Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents; or pages such as Requests for comment and Requests for arbitration. These processes require collaborative effort and considered input from their participants in order to form a consensus and act appropriately upon the consensus that can be discerned.

In determining consensus carefully consider the strength and quality of the arguments themselves, including the evolution of the final positions, the objection of those who disagree, and in complex situations, existing documentation in the project namespace. Minority opinions typically reflect genuine concerns, and their strict logic, if present, outweighs a point of view of the majority. New users who are not yet familiar with consensus should realize that a poll (if one is even held) is often more likely to be the start of a discussion than it is to be the end of one. The outcome may be decided during discussion.

In the few cases where polls are used, understand that they are actually structured discussions, not votes. Your opinion has much more weight when you provide a rationale during a poll, not just a simple vote. Your goal should be to convince others of your views (and give them a chance to convince you). Being purely argumentative is rarely convincing.

Forum shopping

See also: Misplaced Pages:Forum shopping

It is very easy to create the appearance of a changing consensus simply by asking again and hoping that a different and more sympathetic group of people will discuss the issue. This, however, is a poor example of changing consensus, and is antithetical to the way that Misplaced Pages works. Misplaced Pages's decisions are not based on the number of people who showed up and voted a particular way on a particular day; they are based on a system of good reasons.

Exceptions

Shortcut

There are a few exceptions that supersede consensus decisions on a page.

  • Declarations from Jimbo Wales, the Board, or the Developers, particularly for server load or legal issues (copyright, privacy rights, and libel) may have policy status (see Misplaced Pages:Policies and guidelines#Sources of Misplaced Pages policy).
  • Office Actions on a specific article (such as stubbing or protecting it) are outside the policies of the English Misplaced Pages.
  • Consensus decisions in specific cases are not expected to automatically override consensus on a wider scale - for instance, a local debate on a WikiProject does not override the larger consensus behind a policy or guideline. The WikiProject cannot decide that for the articles within its scope, some policy does not apply, unless they can convince the broader community that doing so is the right course of action.
  • Foundation Issues lay out the basic principles for all Wikimedia projects. These represent the largest consensus decisions achievable among all Wikimedia projects, and affect all of them.
