The '''Lexington Men O' War''' were a ] professional ] team and member of the ]. The Men O' War played at ] in ] from 2002-2003. Like Lexington's previous team before them (the ]), success on the ice did not bring good attendance figures. The name ] is from a ] ] who was bred in Lexington, and also the name of a highly traveled road in Lexington.

Prior to playing in Lexington, the franchise was known as the ] (1988-90), Roanoke Valley Rebels (1990-92), Roanoke Valley Rampage (1992-93), ] (1993-94), ] (1994-2001), and ] (2001-02). After departing from Lexington, the Men O' War became the current incarnation of the ] in West Valley City, Utah. the Utah Grizzlies were an American Hockey League team before an ECHL team.
