It was released on June 26, 2007. The full original motion picture soundtrack premiered on Radio Nickelodeon on June 27, 2007. This album is the Hannah Montana's 1st Movie Gang's first album on the new Hannah Montana album overall. It is also the second movie soundtrack on the Nickelodeon Records and Columbia Records labels.

The Hannah Montana's 1st Movie Gang recorded songs at the Nick Records studio. The CD soundtrack was released along with a DVD featuring highlights of The Hannah Montana's 1st Movie Gang recording 18 brand new songs from the movie. The new original motion picture soundtrack with a CD/DVD combo was released on June 26, 2007 on CD, Audio Cassette and DualDisc. It is rumored that a full DVD featuring 7 rockin' new bonus features was released. The original motion picture soundtrack includes songs from the Jump In! soundtrack, the Camp Rock soundtrack, the Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus CD soundtrack and TCG. The songs "We Got the Party", from the Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus soundtrack and the full-length album version of "Burnin' Up" with the Jonas Brothers from their album, A Little Bit Longer are also included on the CD. The track "We Rock" with the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Roshon Fegan and Adrienne Bailon is also included on the movie soundtrack.
