::Demon, Ism asked my help on this. Under what provision of WP:CSD did you delete it? Not t hat I think it would make a good article by itself, but I can see no relevant possible provision of speedy. A7-web was the latest tag placed on it--but it is not web content, in any sense I understand the term. It's a political campaign. I really think you should simply restore it, and then either propose a merge or send it to AfD, or persuade the ed. to withdraw it. Iwill of course userify it for him if you do not, but I hink this was a misuse of speedy. ''']''' (]) 03:09, 29 October 2008 (UTC) ::Demon, Ism asked my help on this. :::Go ahead and userify it, I just hadn't gotten to it yet. I'd be willing to argue that the "Web Content" CSD would apply here. Image copyright problem with Image:Fulham crest.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Fulham crest.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Misplaced Pages's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Misplaced Pages:Media copyright questions. --FairuseBot (talk) 22:31, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Go ahead and nuke it, whomever. Just uploaded because of OTRS stuff awhile back. ^demonΒ 02:44, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Wiki entry of CSpace

Can you elaborate as to what you mean by 'software of dubious notability' regarding deletion of the article about CSpace (http://en.wikipedia.org/CSpace)? β€”Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.167.111.226 (talk) 18:42, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

Akbar S. Ahmed

Hello,

My first and only time using wikipedia was in Aug/Sept of 2007. My interest was "Akbar S. Ahmed". I'd like to speak with you regarding why this page was deleted. Why can I not locate the history of changes prior to Feb 2008?

I'd like to begin work on this page again and would like to have open contact with you. My intent is to add information in a legitimate, informative and respectful manner. If I someone add information that is not allowed (I have looked at the biographies of persons rules) that I completely understand and respect that it will be removed. But to remove an entire page? Delete its entire history? I am confused about this. I hope that people can look at my work and add and deleted accordingly- not delete an entire page....

Sincerely, Kate

Hello ^demon

Could you help point me in the correct direction. As, Joewurzelbacher2010 has been deleted (while I was in the process of writing the article), do you know where I may get a copy of the article that was partly constructed (the copy that was deleted) so that I may work on it to complete it and then resubmit it in the future when it is ready? Thanks. Ism schism (talk) 11:21, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Demon, Ism asked my help on this. Under what provision of WP:CSD did you delete it? Not t hat I think it would make a good article by itself, but I can see no relevant possible provision of speedy. Go ahead and userify it, I just hadn't gotten to it yet. I'd be willing to argue that the "Web Content" CSD would apply here. It's a random Blogger-setup site by some fanboy of Joe the Plumber (I won't even get into the debate over him...), nothing more. ^demonΒ 14:26, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
