Idhu Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam is a film directed by Selvaraghavan. It stars his brother Dhanush in lead role, paired up with Andrea Jeremiah.
Production
The film was originally launched in 2006, with a photo shoot being held for Karthi Sivakumar and Sandhya, however since then, the film failed to take off and Selvaraghavan and Karthi did the film Aayirathil Oruvan in place of it. The film, back then, had Arvind Krishna as the cinematographer and Yuvan Shankar Raja as the music director
The film restarted on November 7, 2008 when a photo shoot with Dhanush and Andrea Jeremiah was held. Following his split with his original technical team, Ramji and G. V. Prakash Kumar have taken over the responsibilities of being the cinematographer and music director respectively.
