| The canterbury park race track is located in canterbury, inner west of sydney.it hosts the grp 1 ranvet and queen of the turf. it also hosted the grp 1 canterbury guineas which is now known as the randwick guineas. canterbury park is part of the stc which also includes rosehill racecourse. the stc is condsidered the strongest club in sydney with canterbury having the best rated track. canterbury also is the only track in sydney and along with moonee valley in melbourne the only track which holds night racing. canterbury also holds the most race meetings in NSW. It is the best track in NSW and continues to grow with big races being converted to this wonderful track. the new night racing season starts on the 20th of november 2008 and goes to febuary 2009. this ensured great racing to come. | |||

Canterbury Park Racecourse is a racecourse for horse racing in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located 11 km (7 mi) from the Sydney Central Business District, in the suburb of Canterbury, adjacent to Canterbury railway station.
