Republic Polytechnic (Chinese: 共和理工学院) is the fifth and newest polytechnic to be set up in Singapore and utilises the problem-based learning (PBL) approach. The polytechnic currently has 4 schools and 3 centres, that offer diplomas in Information Technology, Engineering, Science and New Media, and an enrolment of over 3000 students. The polytechnic's temporary campus is located at Tanglin Road and will move to a new campus situated in Woodlands by 2006.
