Kiefer Sutherland (born December 21, 1966) is an actor. He was born in London, England, but raised in Canada. He is the son of Donald Sutherland and Shirley Douglas, both actors themselves, and the grandson of Canadian statesman Tommy Douglas.

Sutherland is well known for his role as special agent Jack Bauer in U.S. television show 24. He has also appeared in several films. His first major role was in the 1984 Canadian film The Bad Boy, which earned him a Genie award nomination for best actor.

Kiefer Sutherland played the role of Dr. Daniel Schreber in Dark City (1998), and the caller in the 2003 film Phone Booth. Also he has a great haircut.
