::: Are you sure - he has been warned dozens of times on his talk page, and he continues to re-create articles full of broken tags that relate to a fraudulent 'perpetual motion' type of energy? ] (]) 03:27, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

:::Please reconsider this decision. This appears to be a vandalism only account. ] has been deleted 3 times and ] also been deleted as well, I seem to remember some other permutations of these articles being deleted as well. This user has been welcomed, warned of each speedy deletion or prod nomination and personal notes left on his and others talk pages guiding him/her to good citation and article creation guidelines. At this point this editor is just creating work for others as they have been unswayed in their attempt at pushing these articles as well as vandalizing others.--] (]) 03:35, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

::::The original last warning was, I admit upon further review, lost in the blizzard of speedy deletion notices on the talk page. I deleted both articles as that had not been done. I see he's been given a last warning and has not, at this point, edited in a half hour or so.<p>AIV is not "Requests for blocks". It is about stopping currently-ongoing vandalism by whatever means works. If he resumes, report him with the note that he has indeed been final-warned, and I have no doubt he'll be blocked. ] (]) 03:46, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
:::::This has been going on for over 24 hours. This editor has demonstrated that they have no intentions of adhering to Misplaced Pages policies. Why is the focus on the number of warnings? Is there any question that this is a vandalism only account? Why wait for more vandalisnm? Beyond these deleted articles, this editor is disrupting other related articles. Everybody deserves a chance to learn the right way to contribute but this person has had more than enough chances including some help outside of boilerplate warnings.--] (]) 04:33, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Report active, obvious, and persistent vandals and spammers here. Shortcut

Before reporting, read the spam and vandalism pages, as well as the AIV guide. To submit, edit this page and follow the instructions at the top of the "User-reported" section. For other issues, file a request for administrator attention.

    Important!
    1. The edits of the user must be obvious vandalism or obvious spam.
    2. Except for egregious cases, the user must have been given enough warning(s).
    3. The warning(s) must have been given recently and there must be reasonable grounds to believe the user(s) will further disrupt the site in the immediate future.
    4. If you decide that a report should be filed place the following template at the bottom of the User-reported section:
      • * {{Vandal|Example user or IP}} Your concise reason (e.g. vandalised past 4th warning). ~~~~
    5. Requests for further sanctions against a blocked user (e.g., talk page, e-mail blocks) should be made at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
    6. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing.
This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action.
