The Loew's Jersey Theater opened in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1929. One of the five Loew's Wonder Theaters, it was designed by the architectural firm of Rapp and Rapp. Twinned in its later years, and then closed, it was dark for years. The theater is now under renovation, and brought back to its original single screen form, and picture palace glory. Today it presents live events and also movie revivals. | The Loew's Jersey Theater opened in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1929.
