== RFC HELP desperately neeed ==

This is appallingly out-of-hand and being used in a terrible manner on MANY MANY fronts. We could really use an admin to give advice not only on which areas of the RFC should be moved to the discussion page, but also on the discussion page itself: everything is coming under intense scrutiny, from who is authorized to certify the RFC to if the RFC itself is valid.
