His leading role in Berry Gordy’s The Last Dragon, in which he played the Bruce Lee wannabe in search of “The Glow”, catapulted him to stardom and a career that has spanned over twenty years. Since The Last Dragon, Taimak has appeared in a number of TV roles and over a dozens plays, including Roadhouse in 2004 at the Barrow Street Theater in New York City, playing the notable role of Dalton in this zany comedy rendition of Patrick Swayze’s 80’s cult classic film. *Taimak is happy to announce that he will be teaming up once again with the highly inventive Roadhouse director Timothy Haskell and well known playwright Eric Sanders for an original stage play to open December 2009 in New York City.
