Password scrambled. Email disabled. Good luck. Your comments are all noted, I have gone to get a life. Giano II (talk) 00:32, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- Please Giano, go and get some sleep and come back in the morning when you're not so much in the heat of the moment. Don't give up. Majorly talk 00:36, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

- Well, Sir, there are some of us who support you, and who loved her Ladyship. Bearian (talk) 00:47, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- I think you did great work on the article, I just felt some of the language was a bit much. Also, I was not aware of WP:LEADCITE, so I've learned something new (however in my readthrough there are still a few things that don't seem supported by the body: maybe I missed it, though). I was trying to help, but in hindsight this obviously wasn't the time or the place. Sorry to have caused this, and I hope you'll reconsider. –xeno 03:15, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- If I may offer my thoughts, Giano...if you decide to leave, we will be poorer in your absence. If you return, we will we be enriched. In short, you have the power to make our online experience a happy or dismal one, given your continued presence or intentional absence. I sincerely hope you will be a part of this community. You are a special personality, and please never allow anyone to suggest otherwise. Be well. Pastor Theo (talk) 04:44, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- I echo what Pastor said. In case anything said by me was one of the straws causing you to feel this way, I want to clarify that when I said I didnt like you I only meant for your occasional vehement attacks. Ive read a lot of your work and you come across as having a really appealing personality, a wonderful sense of fun, a beautiful sense of style. Im not asking you to return if you dont think youll enjoy it here anymore, just hope youll see that you were deeply appreciated here even by folk who disagreeing with you. FeydHuxtable (talk) 07:46, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- And as the oblivious bystander who didn't see it coming, I too want to say that I'll be waiting for Giano III to return from his sabbatical. Which is a polite way of saying you need a swift kick in the pants if you really plan to leave permanently. But rather than begging you to stay (I think you know we want you to), I hope you do what's best for you and wish you well, whatever the course. Recognizance (talk) 08:06, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Unblocked with edit summary of "baited and good reason to be frustrated with a broken system (RfA). Both xeno and giano should have been sent to the corner. Both were wrong but blocking every wrong move never solves problems. This block was just, the civility was inexcusable, however th". The message got cut off, apparently there is a limit. The last bit was to say that, "however these were exceptional circumstances, IMO." David D. (Talk) 05:16, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
- Please come back, Giano. Your knowledge of architecture is remarkable, your colourful wit and creativity beyond compare; in other words, you are needed here at Misplaced Pages.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 06:40, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
It’s really pretty simple — Misplaced Pages will be a poorer place without you, so come on back. I’ll add a room onto yon palace ;) Cheers, Jack Merridew 07:56, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Inappropriate administrator actions again
User:Sandstein has re-blocked Giano, but without placing a notice. This is a violation of policy, and certainly one as serious as "personal attack." Geogre (talk) 12:30, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Proposal
I proposed something here: http://en.wikipedia.org/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#Ok_so_should_Giano_come_back... for if you do return. Take it as coming from someone who generally supports you and would like you to remain if you wish. Remember also that life was never meant to be fair - I don't like sanctioning someone when they are only part of the problem, but I think it would be best for all. ON the other hand if you don't return, good luck to you. I think someone suggested writing a book. You should - you'd be pretty good at it. Viridae 12:37, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
