Glenys Elizabeth Kinnock, Baroness Kinnock (born in 1944) is a Welsh politician and Member of the European Parliament, for the Labour Party since 1994, winning reelection to the European Parliament successively in 1999 and 2004.
Glenys Kinnock was educated at Holyhead Comprehensive School and graduated at the University of Wales College, Cardiff in education and history. She has been a teacher in secondary, primary, infant and nursery schools.

She founded One World Action on December 21, 1989, exactly one year after UN Commissioner for Namibia, Bernt Carlsson, was killed in the Pan Am Flight 103 crash.
