Hello Anti-Anonymex2, and welcome to Misplaced Pages! I hope you like it here and decide to stay.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Read the tutorial and learn how to edit a page.
- Experiment in the sandbox.
- Follow the Simplified Ruleset.
- Try to edit from a neutral point of view.
- Use talk pages to communicate with other editors.
- Be bold in updating pages.
- Eventually, read the Manual of Style and learn about the Five Pillars of Misplaced Pages.
- And most importantly, have fun!
If you need any help, see the help pages and glossary, add a question to the help desk, or ask me on my talk page.
I hope you will enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian. Good luck! — Bcat
Personal attacks
Read Misplaced Pages:No personal attacks. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 8 July 2005 07:38 (UTC)
- I take it that you're talking about my comment at Misplaced Pages:Votes for deletion/Anonymex, where I referred to no-one in particular, but to the members of a "society" of Misplaced Pages-vandalisers in general. Having just taken another look at the article, I think that I was being unduly generous. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 8 July 2005 21:10 (UTC)
- The normal English acceptations of those terms. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 8 July 2005 21:34 (UTC)

Sig
Go to preferences on the top of your screen. Then copy/paste the following text into the nickname section: <span style="color:red">Anti-Anonymex2 </span>. Then check raw signatures and save your preferences. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Howabout1 23:31, July 9, 2005 (UTC)
Oops, try <span style="color:red">Anti-Anonymex2 </span>. Howabout1 23:39, July 9, 2005 (UTC)
It isn't much of a difference, but get rid of the ]] at the end. Howabout1 23:47, July 9, 2005 (UTC)
Add [[user talk:Anti-Anonymex2|<span style="color:red">Talk to me!</span> at the end of your nickname section in your preferences. By the way, why did you get rid of the green sig? Howabout1 18:57, July 14, 2005 (UTC)
Name?
How do I make my name like that? I don't get it. I simply created an account under that name, and then made a signature similar to yours with some colors in it. Radiant_>|< 13:41, July 17, 2005 (UTC)
Howabout1's RfA
Will you vote on my RfA? Thanks. Just click on the link in my sig. Howabout1 | 16:49, July 22, 2005 (UTC) P.S. Your link to post a message sends you to Mel Etis' page. You might want to fix that, I accidentally posted there.
Never mind, I withdrew my nomination. Howabout1 18:07, July 22, 2005 (UTC)
Oh, that's fine, I'll just wait for someone to nominate me in a couple of weeks. Again, fix your post message, unless it's a joke, and you might want to lost the vote on my RfA thing on your sig, unless, again, it's a joke. Howabout1 20:46, July 22, 2005 (UTC)
Oh. I have 1,469 edits, this will be my 1,470th. See WP:KT. Howabout1 20:54, July 22, 2005 (UTC)
No, the Please click here to leave me a new message thing. Howabout1 20:58, July 22, 2005 (UTC)
It's just an informal term meaning anyone you talk to a lot or have wotked on a project together. I could mean anyone you like on the wiki. Howabout1 21:38, July 22, 2005 (UTC)
New pages
Special:Newpages. Thanks for the nomination, but you need to do a little more. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I'm really happy *does a happy dance*, but just putting a header isn't enough. Someone removed the link, because it was to my last RfA, and you need to make it Howabout1 3, and you need to put why you are nominating me, and set up the sub page. The instructions are on the top of the RfA page. I fixed the link, so just click on it and set it up. Again, thanks sooooo much. Howabout1 01:08, July 23, 2005 (UTC)
Sorry, it got removed. Just read over the RfA page's instructions for nominating. You can do it any time. Just make it wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Howabout1 3. Howabout1 01:21, July 23, 2005 (UTC)
Thank you so much. You can support as the nominator though and sign it, but otherwise you did everything right. Howabout1 20:56, July 24, 2005 (UTC)
RfA
No hard feelings, it was my falt for accepting. I have made an attempt to make things right on my user page. Howabout1 04:28, July 25, 2005 (UTC)
Nomination
No. Where did you here about it. Howabout1 22:14, August 1, 2005 (UTC)
You can edit now. Howabout1 23:08, August 1, 2005 (UTC)

Still want to tell me something? Howabout1 20:55, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
Ok. You can still e-mail. Howabout1 22:17, August 18, 2005 (UTC)
Something you wanted to tell me that was secret. Howabout1 22:26, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
K. Howabout1 22:28, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
Yes I do. It is a joke. Speedying it is not the answer. Essjay is my friend, it is not his church, he founded it. Why do you hate it? Howabout1 23:00, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
Has Essjay done anything to you but make a church yo don't like? Talk to him, don't speedy it. Howabout1 03:05, August 25, 2005 (UTC)
To your questions...
Ok. No. It's ok. No, but cool. Yes. Howabout1 23:56, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
"Mop" is a term for adminship. Since I am not an admin, I ask Redwolf to ban users, delete articles etc. that I would do if i had such powers. Howabout1 23:32, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
user page category
Hi - Can you please remove your user page from the category humor? Categories that contain regular (non-user) pages should not contain user pages, and vice versa. Humor is a category for regular articles. Thanks. -- Rick Block (talk) 00:04, 5 October 2005 (UTC)
