Hans Kroll (May 18, 1898 in Deutsch-Piekar, Silesia – August 8, 1967) was a German ambassador who plays a prominent role as German ambassador in Moscow.
Dr Kroll was a First Counsellor at German Embassy in Turkey during the years 1936-1945. Between 1953 to 1955 he was the first German ambassador in Yugoslavia and 1955 to 1958 in Japan.
In 1958 he became German ambassador in the Soviet Union. He was involved in a German-Russian peace negotiation. He fell victim to an intrigue of the enemies of a peace negotiation. 1962 he was dismissed from his post.
