Locked out of my account. ._.

Hi, I recently formated my PC and lost my big password file. Now I don't know my password for Misplaced Pages... normally I would just do a "forgot password" thing, but when I do that, it says my account has no email assigned to it. I thought you needed one for wikipedia? Anyway, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to prove I am that user and get my password back. The username in question is "Vael Victus".
