Bad news
Another contributor nominated a long list of articles for deletion -- including the article you started on the fictional character Lynn Davenport.
The deletion policies strongly recommend that the nominator tell you when they nominate an article you started for deletion. I can't explain why this very experienced contributor failed to comply with the policies' recommendations.
I'm sorry. Don't let this other contributor's lapses from policy discourage you from participating in the wikipedia. You can voice your opinion at the deletion discussion, or you can look at the concerns they expressed, and improve the article by trying to address them.
