ELOY F. FRITSCH - COMPOSER OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC AND KEYBOARDST OF PROGRESSIVE ROCK BAND APOCALYPSE

Eloy Fritsch is a the keyboard player and main composer of progressive Brazilian porg rock band Apocalypse. Since his childhood , he's been studying music and researching on new sounds through synthesizers in order to express his electronic compositions. Beginning in the middle of the '90s, Fritsch nearly averaged a solo release of Electronic Music per year, as evidenced by the release of such albums as 1996's Dreams, 1997's Behind the Walls of Imagination, 1999's Space Music, 2000's Cyberspace, 2001's Mythology, 2003´s Atmosphere - Electronic Suite and 2005´s Landscapes. In early 1999 Eloy Fritsch was invited to participate with three songs (Lake of Peace, Starlight e Cosmic Winds) on the compilations CDs PLANETA NOVA ERA. In addition to his recording career, Fritsch has earned a PhD in Computer Music, and has served as a teacher of Electronic Music at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). During 1999, Fritsch created the Electronic Music Center in the Institute of Arts at UFRGS.
