The Solomon Key is an unreleased novel written by author Dan Brown that will be released sometime in 2006. This will be the third book involving American professor Robert Langdon and will take place after the events of Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code.

The book is believed to be about the Kryptos statue on the complex of the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia and, unlike the two previous novels, will take place in the United States. It is also believed that the story will involve the fraternal organization, the Freemasons.

A web quest was posted on Dan Brown's website in which it was shown that there will also be some importance in Mona Lisa's "right eye" (oeil droit). It is widely believed that both Sophie Neveu and Vittoria Vetra will be making an appearance.
