Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom was a 1983 sequel to the hugely successful action movie Raiders of the Lost Ark. Like the first, it also starred Harrison Ford as professor Indiana Jones, was written by George Lucas and directed by Steven Spielberg. Other actors included Kate Capshaw and Dan Aykroyd.
