- One day later you recreated the article yet again. You moved from "Dr. P C Pandey", which I'd just deleted, to "Dr. Prem Chand Pandey", which I have just now deleted.
- If you think an article is deserved, make your case for doing so at Misplaced Pages:Deletion review. When you have got agreement there for (re-)creating the article, go ahead and (re-)create it.
