Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi is an Irish American mobster and FBI informant.
Flemmi was a hitman for James "Whitey" Bulger the South Boston, Massachusetts crime boss and killed dozens of people. He was friends with the head of the Winter Hill Gang Howie Winter. Once he and Bulger informed on winter and got him convicted for race fixing in 1979 Flemmi and Bulger took control of the Winter Hill Gang.
He is currently serving time in prison for murder. However, he still owns businesses with his friend Jimmy Flynn.
