Sorry but I just don’t see the spam connection. This is an unfunded Open Society project, that has been created a decade ago to help advance this not very well understood concept (your article thus far is proof of that) in cities.

Just curious about your apparently (??) editing out portions of my attempt to bring this entry up to an international standard. The original entries have been cobbled together from a couple of mainly Canadian sources (whom we have worked with and helped since Day 1). But they are really too naive and incomplete to leave standing in a serious reference work of quality. (And by the way our first line reference for our expertise in doing this is as you may have noticed at http://worldcarshare.com. Also for the Forum International de l'Autopartage – http://www.ecoplan.org/autopartage.)

So what do we do now? I certainly do not want to waste your or my time in worrying this bone. I thought it was a good idea to bring in front line expertise (and here I am talking about our guys in the field who are following this). But hey, if you want it your way no problem. But please do let me know.

PAC discussion (was "Vfd")

Hi there! You said, "Weak keep as in Doing Our Nation's Service PAC above. Perhaps we could come up with a way to merge these PACs into larger categories? ESkog 20:54, 11 May 2005 (UTC)"... excellent idea! Per Meta:Mergist and WP:BOLD, I would encourage everyone to merge stubby articles rather than putting them up for deletion. The best thing about it, is that if you think you're being helpful by merging, we will by default trust you. Radiant_* 22:23, May 11, 2005 (UTC)

I have attempted to start doing this at List of political action committees, and have announced it at the Village Pump in hopes that others will help me find these political stubs and send em here. ESkog 22:52, 11 May 2005 (UTC)

Hey, I've worked out a quick list of criteria for inclusion of political groups (not just PACs). Tell me what you think, and feel free to add comments there. Best, Meelar (talk) 00:08, May 12, 2005 (UTC)
  • Well done ESkog! Radiant_* 09:05, May 18, 2005 (UTC)

Vfd vote for 1968 in France

Hi - thought you might want to take a look at the article now, and see whether you still feel the same about its vfd...? Grutness...wha? 07:13, 15 May 2005 (UTC)

RE: VFD for Mishing

I find your comment to be hilarious; thanks for cheering me up. It's a little demoralizing to see someone go ballistic on your VFD vote, but I really got a kick out of your remark. Cheers! Mr Bound 21:43, May 22, 2005 (UTC)

WikiFun

You got two questions right, congratulations. See if you can answer the others. Good luck. -- AllyUnion (talk) 18:44, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)

WikiFun Round 9: Lightning Round Time

I have decided to attempt to advance and end the round quickly. Parts of the question will be revealed with more hints and/or be more elaborated on as every two days. I have currently provided more hints on the answer pages for the current remaining questions. --AllyUnion (talk) 08:31, 6 August 2005 (UTC)

WikiSchools

Your comment on grocery stores was inspired. I would support such a move, even going so far as to provide my own local grocery stores. Afterall, they're more essential to life then a non notable school.Gateman1997 17:58, 7 August 2005 (UTC)

Misplaced Pages:Votes for deletion/ExamDiff (second nomination)

There was a bit of jiggery-pokery on ExamDiff. Radiant summarily deleted ExamDiff shortly after Aaron listed it for deletion, and when I restored I didn't see the 2 in Misplaced Pages:Votes for deletion/ExamDiff 2 and assumed he had merely tagged and not entered a nomination. So when I restored the article I proceeded to create a new VfD page (which you see above). I suppose I could merge the histories of the two votes but that would probably just confuse the hell out of everybody, so could you please cast another vote on this issue, this time on the above VfD? My apologies for the confusion. --Tony Sidaway 17:51, 23 August 2005 (UTC)

WikiFun

Would you like to make the next WikiFun questions? --AllyUnion (talk) 05:48, 8 September 2005 (UTC)

WikiFun Round 10

WikiFun Round 9 concluded today. You are asked to post 10 new WikiFun questions by October 28, along with the other two round winners. Alphax has declined in making the questions for the next round. Should no one post 10 questions by October 28, anyone can create the new WikiFun questions. Should the other two round winners not post 10 questions by October 28, you may add an additional 10 questions to make the round have at least 20 questions. Enjoy. --AllyUnion (talk) 06:26, 7 October 2005 (UTC)

Wikifun questions

I currently have 5 questions and am working on more. When they are finished, where should I post them? Will we each administer the checking of our 10 questions, or will I need to backchannel the answers to someone who will run all of them? ESkog | 16:18, 12 October 2005 (UTC)

Post them at Misplaced Pages:Wikifun/Round 10; You will be administering your own 10 questions, which means you are welcome to attempt someone else's 10 questions. --AllyUnion (talk) 21:28, 12 October 2005 (UTC)

I'm done

All Wikifun questions are finished. Tell me when you're ready so they could be put "online".  Grue  11:14, 30 October 2005 (UTC)

Re: Mentorship

I'll email you tomorrow when my head is a bit clearer (I'm exhausted and probably am not thinking clearly...), but the short answer is to keep up your good work. I'll reply in detail tomorrow. Thanks! Flcelloguy (A note?) 03:18, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

Hi, I've noticed you've taken part in Wikifun before.

Just to let you know, Round 11 begins today at 0900 GMT. Dmn 04:27, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

Re: Maoririder mentorship

Has anyone said how long this mentorship experiment will last? Is there any critera for deciding that further action needs to be taken? I applaud your efforts at mentorship, but I'm afraid that a month from now, you will be sick of it and Maori will still be exactly the same. I've followed the case of Maori since his first edits and really, the style and substance hasn't changed much at all. Anyway, just wondering if there is a contingency plan... ike9898 20:00, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

ESkog Debate

Besides the fact the Royals are a minor league baseball team, you must be jokiing that your work demands more merit on wikpeia as such as the JUCO. None of your work is substantiated or has much impact as the JUCO. Google Juco Express and see what in the greatest search engine ever built, you find the JUCO loud & proud. Dare you disturb the JUCO Universe? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.73.152.81 (talkcontribs)

THE JUCO QUOTIENT

ESkog if you understood the "JUCO quotient" which is a mathimatical computation (a modern fantasy Pythagorean Theorem if you will) even beyond my comprehension, you would see how the JUCO's player are drafted and see the pure beauty and essence that extends beyond the world of football and into the metaphysical.

PS. As a former Politcal Science major, I did like your contribution to the Speakers of the House around the World and found it quite insightful

PSS. However, I beg to differ on your opinion of the Kansas Royals, which I understand are a "MLB" team, however, I do believe the Pawtucket Red Sox or Rickey Henderson's championship Pacific Coast San Diego Surf Dawgs could give them a run for their $$. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.73.152.81 (talkcontribs)
