My Kind of Country is a 1984 (see 1984 in music) country album by American singer Reba McEntire. It was her second album for MCA Records. My Kind of Country peaked at #13 on Billboard's (North America) Country Music Albums chart. Two tracks from the album rose to #1 on the Country Singles chart: "How Blue" and "Somebody Should Leave."

The track "It's Not Over (If I'm Not over You)" was later recorded by Mark Chesnutt on two of his albums, first as a solo recording on his 1992 album Longnecks & Short Stories, and again in 1997 on his album Thank God for Believers. The latter recording, which featured Alison Krauss and Vince Gill on backing vocals, was issued as a single in 1998.
